FOUNDING
PVL International is a Dutch manufacturer, founded by John Penson in 1998, specialised in the development and production of underwater cutting torches. With years of vast diving experience and technical know-how, John wanted to develop an underwater gas cutting torch, that was faster and more cost-efficient than his thermal variant. After 2 years of development, the first well-working torch was finally ready. This product is called: ‘The PVL Cutting Torch’.

With this PVL Underwater Cutting torch, PVL wants to deliver the optimal underwater cutting experience for every diver. Right now, PVL International supplies customers all over the world and is still challenging the status quo in underwater cutting.
